The Team Of Great Doctors Behind Bethania Doctors
Dr. Fahad Ashraf brings a comprehensive background in the medical field.
Dr. Rozi Hashim did his medical training in the University of Queensland and obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 1997.
Dr Kadiatou Diabagate graduated from university of Leicester in 2013 and has been practicing as a GP for 5 years.
After qualifying as a GP in the UK more than 14 years ago, I worked in UK national healthcare, Walk in Centres, Prisons.

Patient Resources
Fees
Bethania Doctors is a mixed billing practice. Most consultations are time-based and will incur private fees for patients who are not eligible under the bulk-billing criteria. Fees are payable at consultation by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
BULK BILLING IS AVAILABLE to eligible patient groups for most of the consultation types:
- A valid Medicare card
- Health Care Card holders
- Concession Card holders
Confidentiality, Privacy And Health Information
All members of Bethania Doctors understand the importance of respecting confidentiality with the information they receive during their employment. Medical details will only be shared with fellow professionals outside the Practice Team with the patient’s informed consent.
Reminder System
For the continuing management of our patient’s health, we utilise a systematic reminder system to provide health promotion, preventative care and early detection of disease.
Our system is based on the best available evidence and, where possible incorporates.
